Refund and Returns Policy

Lower Mountains Landscape Supplies is committed to providing excellent customer service and will gladly assist customers with the return or exchange of goods purchased.

All return or exchange requests must be presented to the Site Operations Manager for review and authorisation.

Returning Goods 

1. Refunds will only be issued upon presentation of a valid, intact invoice.
2. Lower Mountains Landscape Supplies must be notified of any intended return within 7 days of the original purchase date.
3. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
4. Returns must be made to Lower Mountains Landscape Supplies location.
5. Items manufactured to customer specifications or non-stock special orders are non-returnable.
